Certified public accountant by profession, with studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Integral Coach and Facilitator of RIIHS School. Throughout this path, she understood that well-being is a state of balance in constant movement, and that transformation occurs when we become aware of our being, integrating body, mind and spirit. She walks a way of self-knowledge and expansion and delves into human behavior and how assuming our responsibility opens doors to growth and moves us to connect with a deeper consciousness. From her own experience and acquired knowledge, she created Walk Your Own Information, an invitation to experience change through the body and mind in a journey where movement propels us to expand our consciousness and recognize the power that sustains us and drives us to continue our own story. She firmly believes that when we move, in any dimension of our being, nothing remains the same.

Nuria Gracia Avellaneda
Facilitator RIIHS
I was born in Barcelona, Spain, and my parents emigrated to Santiago, Chile, when I was a child. There, I graduated as a State Teacher and Special Education Teacher with a specialization in Learning Disorders from the University of Chile, which sparked my passion for education. Throughout my career, I have furthered my knowledge in Language Disorders, Neurolinguistics, NLP, and completed Diplomas, Postgraduate Studies, and a Master’s in Educational Management from Universidad Andrés Bello. I have also published research on learning and reading comprehension, and served as a professor training psychopedagogues, while working as a CEO in various educational institutions.
Today, I live in Coyhaique, in Chilean Patagonia, with a wonderful family: I am a mother of two sons and a grandmother of two granddaughters. During my career, I have led teaching teams and been responsible for educational processes in the region. However, after years of professional development, I discovered transpersonal coaching and the power of Reconstructives, which transformed my life. This approach opened a new path for me in emotional education, giving deeper meaning to what is learned and felt, and promoting mindfulness and self-awareness in human behavior.
